ABOUT ITH PLLC

Iridescent Therapy and Healing PLLC was founded by Ginelle Hines, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. ITH PLLC is based in the Raleigh-Durham area and was created to be a safe space that promotes healing which best fits your needs and goals. At Iridescent Therapy and Healing PLLC, you are the center of your healing journey. You can expect person-centered care, collaborative problem-solving and support. Oftentimes beginning a new journey can feel scary. Here, our goal is to walk alongside you and equip you with skills to continue on your journey. While working together we will both identify and build on strength areas.

Ginelle is an experienced clinician who enjoys working with adolescents (12-18), young adults (18-25), and parents. She is trained in multiple evidence-based treatment modalities including: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) Framework, Multisystemic Therapy, and many others. She specializes in working with those who experience challenges with depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting, grief and loss, life transitions and self-esteem. Iridescent Therapy and Healing is now accepting new clients in North Carolina only. Services are currently offered via telehealth only at a self pay rate. Check with your insurance carrier to determine your options for receiving services with an out-of-network provider and reimbursement options.
